printing your photographs to canvas is a straightforward process, but should you have any queries, the following may be of help. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What sort of image can I send?
We accept any type of photograph or digital file.
If your image is from a digital camera you can upload it via our 'order online' page or email it to us at info@print2group.com. For a small additional charge, we can also get images from your slides or negatives. We can also reproduce small drawings or paintings.

How do I send my pictures?
Please put photographs in a hard backed envelope, or use a padded envelope for your discs. If your image is of particular sentimental value we recommend you use Recorded Delivery to send it to us.

Do I get my photograph back?
Yes, All original images are returned with your finished artwork.

What can you print onto?
We use a Matt Canvas, which can have a Satin giclee varnish applied if you want a glossier finish. If you have a particular preference, please state when ordering. The prices quoted for the canvas prints include the wooden frame the canvas is stretched around. We also print onto fine art paper and photographic paper. What sort of quality will I get?
All stages of the process are carried out 'in house' here at print2canvas, from the scanning and editing, to the frame making and packaging. No work is contracted out to other companies. Therefore, outstanding quality is assured with every aspect of your artwork. We believe that the quality of our canvas printing is one of the best on the market. Compare the quality in printing below - our fine art giclee printing is on the left compared to the same image printed with solvent inks used by some of the cheaper companies on the internet.

   

How long does it take?
Your print will be delivered within 14 days of your order being received, however, if you need your print urgently, please contact us to arrange an earlier delivery date as in some cases we could get the print back to you in 2 days.

How do I pay?
If you email your image to us, or upload your image via the 'Order Online' form, then we will contact you to take payment by credit/debit card over the telephone. Alternatively, you can send a cheque or postal order with your image and completed order form, made payable to "print2canvas".

Care Instructions
As with all artwork and photographs, care has to be taken when handling your print. Do not get your canvas wet, or rest anything on top of it prior to hanging. Avoid displaying it in direct sunlight to prevent premature fading of the inks.

PRINT2CANVAS CANNOT EXCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT ON PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED FOR REPRODUCTION, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN PERMISSION TO USE ANY COPYRIGHT-PROTECTED IMAGES. DUE TO THE BESPOKE NATURE OF THE WORK, REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. IF YOUR CANVAS IS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY ON ARRIVAL, OR YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
